Mission
The Municipality shall institutionalize good governance by transforming its service delivery system into one that is committed to uphold, promote and protect the interest, rights and welfare of its people and promote Santo Niño as a municipality conducive for socio-economic investments and sustainable eco-tourism activities.
Vision
The Municipality of Santo Niño is “a key producer and trading hub of high value agricultural crops in the Province of Cagayan where highly-educated, healthy, self-sufficient and resilient citizenry live in a peaceful and livable environment with vibrant agri-industrial economy under a just and accountable local governance.”
