Inauguration and Grand Opening of the Mini-Grocery of Namuccayan and Tabang Farmer’s Association

In a significant step toward promoting local entrepreneurship and supporting community livelihoods, the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), in collaboration with the Local Government Unit of Sto. Niño, inaugurated the Mini-Grocery of Namuccayan and Tabang Farmer’s Association in Barangay Namuccayan today. This event, led by Mayor Atty. Vicente G. Pagurayan and conducted through the efforts of the Public Employment Service Office (PESO), marks an important phase in the strengthening of local agricultural communities.

The program, organized by PESO Manager Nelia Bulusan Dannug, brought together community members, local farmers, and government officials in a display of unity and shared purpose. The opening remarks were gracefully delivered by Hon. Andrew Vincent AV Roxas Pagurayan , the Municipal Vice Mayor, setting a hopeful tone for the day’s event.

Mayor Atty. Vicente G. Ariel M. Medrano, president of the Namuccayan Farmer’s Association, and Eliseo A. Baquiran, president of the Tabang Farmer’s Association, expressed their appreciation for the unwavering support they received from both the DOLE and LGU Sto. Niño.

The Mini-Grocery of Namuccayan and Tabang Farmer’s Association is more than just a physical store; it is a beacon of hope and a testament to what can be achieved through unity, hard work, and the shared vision of a prosperous community.
