The Local Government Unit of Sto. Niño is vying for the Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) Award this 2024! 
The SGLG is the most prestigious award from the National Government that recognizes the efforts of municipalities to uphold transparency and accountability and emphasize honest and efficient performance of the LGU using the parameters of the 10 Governance Areas. The SGLG criteria are anchored on a performance management system that focus on 1.) LGU’s capacity to deliver basic services, 2.) Governance Principles on Transparency and Accountability, 3.) Performance on Accomplishment of Plans, Fund Utilization and Frontline Service Delivery.
The Local Government Unit headed by Municipal Mayor Atty. Vicente G. Pagurayan & Vice Mayor Hon. AV Roxas Pagurayan together with the Sangguniang Bayan Members, Department Heads, LGU Employees, Barangay Officials, and other Partner National Government Agencies, welcomed the SGLG National Validation Team headed by LGOO VII Fortunato S. Austria, assisted by LGOO VII Ricardo CP Torrado, LGOO VI Jasmin T. Balisi, LGOO V Alyza Layson and LGOO II Keith Krystel T. Gordo, for all your positive feedback.
