The Municipal Government of Sto. Niño presents the BEST 35 intellectually elite Senior High School (SHS) graduates for the Student Top Achievers’ Rewards System (STARS), a flagship education assistance program under the leadership of our Honorable Mayor Atty. Vicente G. Pagurayan and Honorable Vice Mayor Andrew Vincent AV Roxas Pagurayan. The students who took the qualifying examination but are not on this list, on the other hand, are all qualified for the Financial Assistance for College Education (FACE) program.
