The plaque of recognition was personally received by the Municipal Mayor Atty. Vicente G. Pagurayan accompanied by SB Member Elmer Tejada- Committee Chair on Social Welfare and Mr. Rommel Tejada- Municipal Social Welfare and Development Officer during the 4Ps Anniversary Celebration in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.
The said recognition validates the comprehensive establishment of roles and functions of the LGU and partner stakeholders in the implementation of 4Ps. This attests to the LGU’s ability to ensure the effective implementation of all convergence deliverables, outputs, and mechanisms, thereby facilitating the program’s objectives and impact.
